How it works
Connect your account
Open the Integrations panel in your Adrixis META portal. Pick Excel Online, follow the OAuth / API key wizard — the setup takes under three minutes.
Map events to WhatsApp templates
Choose which Excel Online events trigger a WhatsApp message, pick an approved MARKETING or UTILITY template, and map the fields. The portal validates the payload before you ship.
Monitor delivery and replies
Every WhatsApp message triggered by Excel Online shows up in your delivery funnel. Replies route back to your Team Inbox tagged with the source event — zero manual stitching.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a developer to connect Excel Online?
+
No. The portal walks you through the OAuth or API-key wizard. You pick the events, we handle the plumbing. Developers can go further with webhooks and custom field mapping.
Is there a free trial?
+
Yes — 7-day trial on every plan, no credit card required. You keep the integration access even after the trial if you move to the free tier.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?
+
Yes. Adrixis META uses the official WhatsApp Business API, so you can bring your own verified Meta number or use a shared Adrixis Branding number.
