Data Processing Agreement

Purpose of the DPA

This Data Processing Agreement defines the terms under which Adrixis Technologies processes personal data on behalf of its customer, as part of the delivery of the Adrixis META service.

Roles

The customer is the Data Controller. Adrixis Technologies acts as Data Processor, solely on the customer's documented instructions.

Security

AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, strong authentication, access logs, encrypted backups, annual security testing.

Subprocessing

The list of approved subprocessors is available on request. The customer is notified 30 days before any change.

Breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach, the customer is notified within 72 hours with a description, scope, consequences and measures taken.
