Data collected
Adrixis META only collects the data required to deliver the service: business contact details, billing data, the content of the transactional messages you send, and technical delivery metadata.
Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (1) deliver the service, (2) bill, (3) provide support, (4) improve the platform (aggregated and anonymized data only).
Encryption
All data is encrypted AES-256 at rest and in transit. No message content is stored beyond the technical delivery window.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. Contact [email protected] for any request.
Subprocessors
We only work with subprocessors that comply with international data protection standards. A DPA is available on request.
Google Workspace integrations
When you connect a Google account (for example Google Sheets) to Adrixis META, additional disclosures apply. See our dedicated Google API Services User Data Policy at /legal/google-integration for the full scope list, data use, retention terms, and the Limited Use affirmative statement.
Retention and deletion of Google user data
OAuth refresh tokens issued when you connect a Google account are retained only while the integration remains connected. Disconnecting the integration (Portal → Integrations → Google Sheets → Disconnect) immediately deletes the stored token and revokes our server-side access. Sheet content fetched during an action is never persisted — only operational metadata (which action ran, when, with what range) is retained 90 days for audit, then permanently deleted. You can also request immediate deletion of all Google user data at any time via [email protected] or the self-serve form at /privacy/data-deletion. Google user data is never used to train or improve generalized AI/ML models.
