Terms of service

Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the Adrixis META platform, a WhatsApp Business API messaging service for businesses.
Access to the service
Access to the service requires creating an account and subscribing to one of the available plans. A Start your trial is available with no commitment.
Customer obligations
The customer agrees to comply with Meta/WhatsApp's Terms of Service, not to send unlawful content or spam, and to obtain consent from their recipients.
Billing
The subscription is billed monthly in the customer's applicable currency (MAD for Morocco, USD or EUR for the rest of the world). Meta conversation fees are billed at cost with no markup.
Termination
The contract can be terminated at any time, without notice or penalty. Data is kept for 90 days then permanently deleted.
