Which template types are supported?
3 Meta categories: utility (transactional, OTP, order confirm, delivery, appointment), marketing (promo, campaign, newsletter), authentication (session, verify, one-tap login). We write in all three.
Can we modify after approval?
Meta allows editing (new 24-72h approval cycle). We can version, A/B test, and migrate existing templates. Marketing templates rejected post-modification are rewritten by our team.
