What we get asked about training.

Remote or on-site training?

Both: on-site in Casablanca (our office or yours), or remote via Zoom/Meet. On-site recommended for agents (hands-on). Remote effective for devs and admins.

Available languages (FR/AR/darija)?

Delivered in French, standard Arabic, or Moroccan darija — your choice. Materials are FR/AR bilingual by default. EN on request.

Certification recognized?

Adrixis META internal certification + 2-year valid attestation. We are official Meta BSP — training aligned with Meta Business best practices.

Post-training support?

Included 30 days: private Slack with trainers, group Q&A session on D+30, playbook adjustments based on field feedback. Long-term support via Managed Service.

Maximum number of attendees?

12 people max per session (to maintain hands-on quality). Beyond, we run successive cohorts. Large teams (>50): scheduled across 2-4 weeks.

Cost per attendee?
