How does the Free plan work ?+

You pick 1 module (excluding API), get 100 free AI credits, and community support. You're never forced to upgrade.

What's the difference between annual and monthly ?+

Annual is 20% cheaper per month (9.9 USD vs 11.9 USD on Pro). You commit for 12 months, billed annually. Monthly is no-commitment.

Can I change plans at any time ?+

Yes. Upgrade : immediate, prorated. Downgrade : effective at the end of the current billing period.

Why isn't Cloud API in the Free plan ?+

Direct WhatsApp Cloud API access involves technical cost (real-time webhooks, rate limits, integration audit). It's included from Pro at no extra charge.

Does Meta charge me separately ?+

Yes, Meta bills each WhatsApp conversation directly (utility / marketing / service — official Meta grid). Our plan covers only the platform.

Do AI credits expire ?+

No. Purchased credits are valid for life. The 100 free credits on signup don't recur but stay usable until consumed.
